MWR Studio was engaged during the early strategic phase to establish the foundation for The Surf Club — leading audience research, brand fit review, and business plan evaluation to ensure clarity of positioning, scale, and long-term relevance.

The work supports a multi-year development trajectory, informing future decisions across concept development, experience design, and communications as the project progresses toward launch.
